Your Host - Louis Schindler
Louis has significant hospitality experience
and brings an internationally inspired flavour to the management of Timara Lodge.
Following impressive beginnings with some of Europe's finest restaurants, Austrian
born Louis was recognised as an extremely talented young chef and joined
Switzerland's famous Michelin-rated Taggenberg Luxury Restaurant.
In 1999 Louis then joined the Swiss owners of
Taggenberg in their establishment of the celebrated Herzog Luxury Winery and
Restaurant in Marlborough where he has since held the position of Head Chef and
Restaurant Manager.
Highly skilled in the meticulous preparation
and presentation of local cuisine, Louis also has a profound knowledge of new and
old world wines. Louis' culinary prowess is complimented by the high quality
hostpitality provided by the team at Timara Lodge.
Louis has distinguished experience and a desire
to ensure every guest's stay is uniquely memorable. |
