below. To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the cost of the total stay or a
current credit card number, with expiry date, as a guarantee. We can also send you more information if

Cancellation Policy
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking for the months of January and February
100% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. In
the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking for all months excluding January and
February 25% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to
arrival. Should the cancellation be received within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total cost will be
charged for every room night cancelled. |
