Rates valid from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2011.
The tariffs include pre-dinner drinks with hors d’oeuvres, four course table
d’hote dinner with wine, full breakfast and Blenheim airport transfers.

All accommodation tariffs are quoted are in New
Zealand dollars and are exclusive of the Government Goods and Services Tax (*GST)
of 12.5%.
Please note – (GST)
Government Goods and Service tax rate will increase to 15% as
from 1st October 2010.
To confirm a reservation, we require a current credit card number, with expiry
date, as a guarantee or a deposit of 25% of the cost of the total stay.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking for the months of
January and February 100% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is
cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. In the event that we are unable to
replace a cancelled booking for all months excluding January and February 25% of
the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to
arrival. Should the cancellation be received within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the
total cost will be charged for every room night cancelled.
Children Policy:
Due to the size of the lodge, the size and configuration of the bedrooms and in
consideration of guests who stay at Timara for the peace and quiet the Lodge
affords, we regret we are unable to accept bookings for children under 15 years.
Please note also that none of our rooms are adjoining, neither do we have the
capacity for rollaway beds. Furthermore, there is a considerable area of water
around the Lodge (swimming pool, stream and lake) all of which is unsupervised.
Upon booking, please inform us whether you
require a suite or a room and if you have any particular dietary requirements. An
estimated time of arrival would also be appreciated. |
